كيف تطلب الحذفHow to request deletion

- نرسل إلى ذلك العنوان رمز تأكيد من ستة أرقام.We email a six-digit confirmation code to that address.
- اكتب الرمز المُرسل وأكّد الطلب. الحذف نهائي عند اكتماله. قد يؤخّر عطل مؤقت في المعالجة أو التخزين اكتمال الطلب، ونحتفظ بالطلب غير المكتمل لإعادة المحاولة.Type the emailed code and confirm. Deletion is permanent once completed. A temporary processing or storage failure may delay completion. We retain unfinished requests for retry.
تفضّل التطبيق؟ افتح الحساب ← حذف الحساب وأكّد. يستطيع المالك الوحيد طلب الحذف داخل التطبيق ليتولّاه فريق التطوير خلال 24 ساعة، من دون مالك بديل. Prefer the app? Open Account → Delete your account and confirm. A sole owner can request developer-handled deletion in the app, completed within 24 hours without a replacement owner.
سجّلت الدخول بتيك توك أو Apple أو Google ولم تضف بريدًا إلكترونيًا؟ لا يوجد عنوان نرسل إليه الرمز، فاحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق (الحساب ← حذف الحساب) أو راسل info@muzahimagency.com. تُزال معرّفات تيك توك المباشرة من سجل المبدع ونسخ المصدر التي يعالجها الحذف. تبقى الأرقام المحاسبية وبعض السجلات المرتبطة بمعرّفات تقنية، وقد تتضمن سجلات التدقيق غير القابلة للتعديل معرّفات شخصية. لذلك لا نصف جميع السجلات المتبقية بأنها مجهولة الهوية. تُستخدم رموز منع مرتبطة بكل وكالة لمنع إعادة استيراد بيانات المصدر المحذوفة، ولا تُستخدم لتسجيل الدخول. تشرح سياسة الخصوصية حدود الحذف الحالية.
Deletion removes direct TikTok identifiers from the creator record and source copies covered by erasure. Accounting figures and some records linked by technical IDs remain; immutable audit records may still contain personal identifiers. We do not describe all remaining records as anonymous. Agency-scoped suppression tokens prevent deleted source data from being imported again and cannot be used to sign in. See the Privacy Policy for the current limits.
قد تبقى سجلات محاولات المدرب واستخدامه وتكلفته من دون نص رسائلك أو الرد الشخصي. وعند حذف الحساب، تُحذف نصوص طلبات الوسائط وخياراتها والملفات المنشأة وأدلة البلاغات المرتبطة بها. وقد تبقى سجلات لا تحتوي على المحتوى للعمليات والتكلفة وحالة المراجعة لأغراض التشغيل والسلامة والتدقيق والالتزام القانوني، من دون نص الطلب أو الملف المنشأ أو سبب المراجعة.
Non-content Coach attempt, usage and cost records may remain without your message text or personal reply. Account deletion removes AI-media prompt text, request options, generated files and related report evidence. Non-content operation, cost and moderation-status records may remain for operational, safety, audit and legal purposes without the prompt, generated file or moderation reason.
الحذف نهائي. لا سبيل للتراجع عنه ولا لاستعادة الحساب بعده. Deletion is permanent. There is no way to undo it and no way to recover the account afterwards.
هل تحتاج إلى التحدث إلى شخص؟Need to reach a human?
إن لم تصلك الرسالة، أو فقدت الوصول إلى بريدك الإلكتروني، أو أردت أن نتولى الحذف عنك، فاكتب إلى info@muzahimagency.com. يقرأ رسالتك شخص حقيقي ويرد عليك، عادةً في اليوم نفسه وفي أسوأ الأحوال في يوم العمل التالي. يمكنك كذلك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها من العنوان نفسه، ولا نتقاضى شيئًا مقابل ذلك.
If the email does not arrive, if you have lost access to your inbox, or if you would rather we did this for you, write to info@muzahimagency.com. A person reads it and answers, usually the same day and at worst the next working one. You can ask for a copy of your data or a correction at the same address, and we charge for neither.
