Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Muzahim mobile app and this website, provided by Muzahim (“we”, “us”). By using either, you agree to these Terms. Effective date: 27 September 2026. The English text of these Terms is the operative version; the Arabic summary above is provided for convenience only.

Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between you and Muzahim. “You” means the person or agency using the service. Where you use the app on behalf of an agency, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Accounts, agencies and creators

Muzahim is the public app of Muzahim, a TikTok LIVE creator agency, for creators and for the agency’s team. Accounts and agency access are established in these ways:

• The agency workspace is provisioned by us. We create and activate the agency workspace for the agency the service is operated for. Nobody can open an agency account from the app or from this website, and we may decline or revoke an activation at our discretion.
• Anyone 18 or older can create an account from the app with Apple, with an email address and password, or with TikTok. No invitation is needed. With an account you can browse the agency’s events and apply to join as a creator by giving your TikTok username; no TikTok app is needed to apply.
• Approval makes you a verified member. The Muzahim team reviews each application and approves or declines it; a declined applicant may apply again later. Once approved, TikTok is never required to use the app. Verified TikTok sign-in can also establish ownership of a matching creator identity; typing a handle alone does not prove ownership or grant access to its figures. An Apple sign-in alone does not verify ownership of a TikTok account.
• Agency team members sign in with accounts the agency creates for them.

Your account belongs to you alone. Do not share your password or hand your account to anyone else. You must be an adult (18+) to use the service. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password and contact us.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access data belonging to another agency, another agent’s creators, or another person’s account.
• Do not probe, scan or attack the service, or try to bypass a rate limit, a permission check or a sign-in. If you find a security issue, report it to us instead.
• Do not point automated software, scrapers or bots at the app or this site.
• Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to break TikTok’s own rules.

Objectionable content and abusive behaviour

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive users. The app lets the people inside one agency message each other, and everything below applies to anything you send there, to anything you write on a profile, and to any file you upload.

Do not send, post or upload anything that is:

• harassing, bullying, threatening, or intended to intimidate or humiliate someone;
• hateful or degrading towards a person or a group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age;
• sexually explicit, sexually suggestive towards someone who has not invited it, or sexual content involving a minor in any form whatsoever;
• violent, graphic or an incitement to harm, including self-harm;
• defamatory, deliberately false, or an impersonation of another person;
• a scam, a phishing attempt, unsolicited advertising, or an approach to move a person off the service in order to sell to them or to defraud them;
• otherwise unlawful, or an infringement of someone else’s rights.

Reporting, blocking, and what we do about it

• Report. Any message, and any conversation, can be reported from inside the app: open the conversation, choose Report or block, and say what is wrong. Your agency’s moderators triage reports, with technical and safety escalation to the developer support team. Reports of objectionable content are acted on within 24 hours, and content that breaches this section is removed and the account behind it suspended.
• Block. You can block a person from a conversation or their report feedback. Blocking stops new messages and report feedback between you, without hiding existing history. It does not prevent formal agency announcements or appeal-case replies. Everyone you have blocked is listed on the Blocked people screen in the app, where you can unblock them even when chat is disabled. Blocking does not remove records that authorised staff need for agency administration, financial record-keeping, reporting or safety oversight.
• Suspension. Agency moderators review every report, and can suspend an account that breaks this section. We may also suspend or terminate an account ourselves, without notice, for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Serious matters, including anything involving the safety of a child, are referred to the appropriate authorities.
• Reach us directly. If a report is not dealt with, or if you would rather not raise it inside your agency, write to info@muzahimagency.com. For creator support and internal agency affairs, contact info@muzahimagency.com.

Using the app means you accept these standards, and accept that content breaching them may be removed and the account behind it suspended.

Voice notes

A sent voice note is private message content and its audio file is stored with the conversation for the agency-configured message-retention period. In the mobile app, the microphone is active only while you press and hold the record control. Releasing creates an attachment draft and does not send it. The audio is uploaded only after you press Send. Cancelling or removing an unsent note discards the local recording, and the app does not record in the background.

What we are, and what we are not

We provide the software an agency runs its roster on. We are not your employer, your agent or your agency. We do not decide who is on a roster, what a reward target is, whether a month qualified, or what an agency agrees with anyone outside the app.

Monthly figures shown in the app are what TikTok reported to your agency, read through the agency’s own TikTok Backstage connection and reproduced here. If a figure looks wrong, contact your agency with the affected month. We can help trace the source and investigate an import or calculation problem; figures can change as source data is refreshed.

No payments; Coins, diamonds and EGP estimates are informational

The app processes no payments and contains nothing purchasable. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions sold in the app. Coins and diamonds shown in the app are informational metrics. Any EGP figure is an informational estimate calculated from agency settings, not money held for you or proof that money was sent. None of these figures can be bought, sold or exchanged in the app. The app does not hold, send, settle, transfer or record completion of a payment. Version 1.1 has no payment-status controls. Historical records and authenticated compatibility endpoints remain for older installed clients; none move money. Whatever a creator and their agency arrange between themselves is handled outside the app.

Optional tools and free allowances

Coach and AI media allowances start at zero and can be allocated only by the agency owner. They are free usage limits, not money or purchasable credits, and remain subject to the shared monthly spending ceiling and deployment-wide safety limits described in the Privacy Policy. AI processing requires the user’s permission before content is sent to DeepSeek for Coach, OpenAI for images, or Google Gemini for video when the corresponding integration is configured. The same DeepSeek permission covers the scheduled weekly and monthly creator reports described in the Privacy Policy, which send your period’s figures, your level and targets and when you go LIVE (categories only under the earlier consent), never your name, handle, identifiers, messages, restrictions or money figures. Consent is checked again before sending; withdrawal cannot recall an in-flight request. An allowance does not override consent, safety checks, service availability or a spending limit.

A creator can request a boost only with an available agency-granted request allowance. Muzahim staff review requests and handle approved work manually outside this app. A request is not a purchase and does not guarantee approval, delivery by a particular time or increased reach.

Intellectual property

Muzahim, including its software, design, logo and name, is our property or that of our licensors, and using the service transfers none of it to you. TikTok and TikTok LIVE are trademarks of ByteDance Ltd., used only to describe the service, and we claim no rights in them. Muzahim is an independent TikTok LIVE creator agency; the app is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance. The account and roster data you enter remains yours or your agency’s; we hold it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may take it down for maintenance and may change, add or remove features over time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not permit us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost profits, lost opportunity or lost data, and our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any. The app is free to use. Where you are a consumer, you keep every right your local law gives you.

If you use the service on behalf of an agency and your agency’s use of it causes a claim against us, the agency is responsible for that claim, and agrees to indemnify us against it, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can end your use at any time by deleting your account in the app or on this website; deletion is immediate and permanent. Your agency can also remove you from its roster, ending your access to that agency’s data without deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used to attack the service, to reach another party’s data, or to break the law, and will tell you why unless doing so would be unlawful. What survives deletion is set out under the Privacy Policy.

App Store and Google Play terms

If you obtained the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple requires us to state the following, and it is all true:

• This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its contents.
• Your licence to use the app is a personal, limited licence on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store’s Usage Rules.
• Support is ours to provide, not Apple’s; our support page explains how to reach us.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price -- which is nothing, because the app is free. Beyond that, Apple has no warranty, and Apple has no obligation to provide support; any other claim is ours to answer.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement or infringes intellectual-property rights.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

If you obtained the app from Google Play, Google’s own terms apply to that download alongside these Terms. Google is not a party to this agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there have jurisdiction over any dispute -- except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts where you live under your local law.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in effect. Our not enforcing a provision once is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms to anyone else; we may transfer them if our business is sold, and will tell you first.
